Well done Indi !!
You’re dead on correct that sometimes someone elses problems just can’t be
ours and there’s nothing we can do to help.
At those times I wonder if all my years of practice ignoring me doesn’t
come in handy when I need to ignore someone elses issues. Now I can sort of
nod and look blank and think a silent “blah blah blah blah blah”. www.cognitivequitting.com

Well, over the years, I’ve heard and seen the nod… more than once. I
need to think about this. I was being ignored? Hummmm… Next time
the nod comes around, I’m gonna stomp on some feet, I think!!!

Now you’ve got me giggling - and pondering ……:))
