Cognitive Quit Smoking

Hi Folks
Well its now officially 2002 over here and I didn’t intend to stay up to
greet the new year but one thing led to another and I I did and I am glad I
did for reasons which |I will share with you tomorrow cos right now I have to
get to sleep.
But I just wanted to wish all of you a very Happy Peaceful New Year it would
be lovely to think that if all of the 55 people on this list went forward
into 2002 smober what an achievement it would be and an inspiration to other
smokers stilll out there.
So come on cog quitters - lets hit 2002 smober/
Just follow the guidelines and the instructions and we can all do it.
So lets see lots of posts when I get up in the morning from the group members
over the pond letting us know how you are doing on either your quit date or
wherever you are in your quit.
Unitl then I wish you all a good night and a happy and peacerful or fun

evening whatever is right for you.
