Well I just wrote a really long post but somehow hit something which ended up
with me losing it so I am having a tantrum and
swearing’jrpi40eirt-=w3od’fk’zdsk#######.
Maybe I need to go off and do something else but I just thought I had caught
the verbose virus from Cat cos I was on a roll!!!!

well not physical ones but it was really in my head that I wanted to smoke.

- anyway went shopping cos someone had told me about a really good sale and
it seemed that every thing I went to look at someone walked past me who was a
smoker - oh my god the stench was awful.
So very soon the ‘cravings’ weren’t there any more and I was once again
grateful that I choose not to do that any more.
Anyway it was a lot longer than this cos I was ranting and raving and patting
myself on the back for figuring it out and all that jazz but then I figured
I’d been on computer too long and hadn’t intended to go on at all so I was
really just procrastinating about doing my ironing!!
So thats about it in a nutshell

Oh Cat
Shopping is one of the things that sent me into my little pity pot. Went to
the sale and all the good stuff I used to be able to get really cheap I can’t
anymore cos I’ve gone up 2 dress sizes and now am an average size which means
all the bargains disappear at the beginning of the sales - what a bummer.
So now its a real strict diet to get back to my size 10 - not that I am vain
but more that I like getting good bargains in the sales.
Well thats my story and I’m sticking to it.
