Cognitive Quit Smoking

I forgot to tell you why there were almost bits of bodies all over which is
the reason I posted in the first place.
I desperately needed to get some orders delivered and had no one spare to
take them so asked DH if he would do a few hours work for me this afternoon
delivering my orders.
He agreed - came into my office to pick up paper work - gave him route finder
directions and he acted so ’simple’ that I just exploded and said.
In a very loud voice.
Don’t be so f….ing stupid and act like a f……ing idiot - I have enough
f……ing idiots to contend with in this f…..ing hell hole I am working in
without you starting as well.
Boy did it feel good - for someone who hardly ever swears!!!!!!
But I wasn’t feeling angry or even aggressive it felt more like just saying
it the way it was and not pussy footing about!!
Anyway thats enought
