<description>A few years ago..............I was determined to get my weight in
 order.............
At the time was working with our local Public Health Office - so had
access to all government approved literature..............
Most, I thought, was pretty mild......(unchanged for years)
Local nutritionist gave me warnings - but I decided to do it on my own.
Just exclude all fats..........(harder work than it sounds)
Bottom line is that it worked. (how healthy is another question - but
I am talking of a 6 month period)......................
Exclusion was not easy (just check ingredients when you buy) :)
But I made my own version of "bread" - (and being vegetarian to begin
with did not miss meat) -
LOTS of info on the web re diet.............some probably not
 healthy!!!!!!!
So WW probably the best way to go.............
 &lt;!--more--&gt;

<description>Prunes, liver, walnuts ...I can happily live without them. I read
over at a smoking cessation site somewhere that cranberry juice is
another one thats good for stifling nicotine cravings. Never tried
it - don't fancy that either.
Have to tell you - WW diet is working, I've lost 6 pounds in the
past 2 weeks :))) I get to 'sin' on this diet which is even
better...
see you later

		<description>Not sure I could handle boiled oats - I'll stick to my abc's I
think ;)
Steve has tweaked my MIL abc - I'll be posting tomorrow after she's
left my smoke free home.
