ABC’s/antsiness/highs and lows
that good book Ive been meaning to read for ages - Ive been looking
forward to reading it. Before that Ill do some deep breathing exercises to
calm myself down, and maybe a few stretches to get rid of some of the
tension in my neck and shoulders. Some fruit juice will give me a bit more
energy - at least the Vit.C isnt going to get killed by nicotine anymore
