I went and checked out the results of this poll - 26 people out of the 33 that had voted (around 3pm EST) had said `never' which didn't surprise me. I think a lot of quitters just hang in there with clenched teeth, and feel they've got to be `on guard' forever more. That's the big difference - cog quitters learn about their smoking behaviour, how to decode the triggers, and how to put permanent non smoking responses in place.
