Steve’s page
Hi everyone. I am new. My stop date is June the first. 5 days and
counting. I have been reading the messages, and got the address of
Steve’s page: www.cognitivequitting.com, I tried to go there quite a
few times. It says it no longer exists, or has moved. Can anyone help
me with this, so I can find his page. I understand there is a lot of
information that would be helpful. And I need….all the help I can
get.

Hi Cat: Thanks for the link. That one did work. My stop date is the first of
June, and I am already going crazy. Is this “normal”? I hope so. lol

Hi Pam: Thank you for the welcome. I was able to reach the site, with the
link that Cat sent me. The information is great and makes sense.
I am preparing for my quit date by going nuts.lol. The closer the day comes,
the more apprehensive I become. I read the posts, and some people are having
a horrible time of it. It is a little scary.
I pray I quit. I have smoked for about 30 years. I read a post from someone
that had smoked 60 years and they did it, that gives me hope and courage.
