I was able to reach the site, with the link that Cat sent me. The information is great and makes sense. I am preparing for my quit date by going nuts.lol. The closer the day comes, the more apprehensive I become. I read the posts, and some people are having a horrible time of it. It is a little scary. I pray I quit. I have smoked for about 30 years.
