I just joined this group….

Hi everybody!
I just quit smoking last night. (Again) At 7:30 - that is when I
put on my Nictine Patch. (Nicoderm) I will post more later, but just
wanted to introduce myself to the group. I am joining several
groups; I NEED all of the support/info/encouragement that I can get
right now. THANKS.
