Hi Steve! Well, I’m using the patch and when I quit the Doctor told me that
Liz Two weeks, two days, 14 hours,
I had pleurisy and that my chest xray showed something (not cancer he thinks)
but to be on the safe side I have to have additional tests done. One of
which I’m having done today and that lasts 3 to 4 hours I’m told. I smoked
for 25 years and tried to quit 7 times before. I wanted to try to quit again
but I didn’t feel quite ready yet, then I got sick and really didn’t have a
choice, but I’m glad that I did. I still get cravings though, especially now
when I’m nervous about this test I’m getting today. It’s a bone scan and
they are using dye. Next week I’m scheduled for a cat scan and they are
going to use dye with that one too. I’ll bet you’re sorry you asked about my
quitting(LOL!) I don’t usually ramble on like this, I guess I needed to. So
Thank You for asking and listening.
