    Hi Liz - sorry you weren’t able to make Spinchat. We were
    celebrating 2 of the group reaching one yr quit annys.
    Good to see another Brit on board too - I’m from northern England and
    quit almost 20 months ago thanks to cognitive quitting and Steve.
    I’m sure by now you know your way around the groups’ pages, Steve’s
    site and various other useful links - but check out ‘Links’ on the
    groups’ home page too.
    Look forward to chatting sometime - if you’ve any IM programmes, my
    details are in the Database here, so feel free to add me to your
    contact lists.
