Buying Home ABC
Hello All,
Thanks Steve and Pam for your feedback on my first abc. I really
appreciate it. Having company went great… it’s amazing how
preparing something that looks so simple can have such a large impact
on my life!
While they were here we ran into a bump with a house we are buying.
I thought I’d share the abc I wrote for that.
A: Ran into a “bump” with the house we want to buy.
B: I’m feeling irritable because it seems like we’ll never close on
the house. I’m also feeling anxious wondering if we’re making a
mistake. I don’t like feeling this way. A cigarette will calm me so
I can think.
C: Smoke a cigarette.
B1: I’m feeling irritable because it seems like we’ll never close on
the house. I’m also feeling anxious wondering if we are making a
mistake. What exactly is it that I’m worried about? foundation.
What can I do about it? have it inspected. Once it’s inspected we
can decide if we still want to go through with the purchase. This is
a major investment and I need to learn patience. Eat properly,
exercise, and get pleanty of rest to maintain stress at a managable
level.
C1: Hire a structural expert to inspect the house.
Decide if we still want to buy it.
Develope patience.
Eat properly, exercise, get pleanty of rest.
Any comment are appreciated… I have a couple others I’m working on
and will try to post them in the next day or two.
Thanks,
Susan

Susan,
These are excellent. Very well done. The more you use them, the more
easily you’ll be able to develop them. There is a learning curve involved
and you’re well on your way.
It is amazing isn’t it.
Keep your ABCs simple and they’ll continue to
be effective.
Please post more as you create them.
Steve
