Hi Tiko,
In almost 7 yrs of interacting with other quitters, I’ve heard that said
more than a few times. In my experience it rarely preceeds a successful
quit. However, I do believe that in some way “God helps those who help
themselves”. Tiko, what are you doing to help yourself? What responsibility
are you taking for your part in your quit?
