Hi im new here & would like info.
I need additional info.to the cog quit & how this works.I’ve read
ddsteves getting started page. Tomm.is my quit day (3-3-03) after 3
failed attemps & i’ll need support.I plan to use the patch although
i’ve used half of them already & will start fresh in the morning w/
a 14 MG patch maybe this will get nic out of system faster to.My main
prob. seems to be stress so i’ll need to learn to deal w/ it to
maintain my quit.If anyone has any suggestions,tips please feel free

A great deal of our smoking was tied to routines we followed daily.
Changing the morning routine to side step some of the old triggers and to
include some exercise is excellent. Well done.
My apologies for forgetting to include you in the list of new quitters,
13 days sure qualifies as a brand new quit. Show us your lists?
time was changing my whole mourning routine.I sleep just a little
longer,check the computer,then shower.Not allowing myself too much extra
time before I have to get my kids to school.I also started exerciseing
every day.Hpoe this helps some.
