		<description>Hi Mary,
Thank you. :)
You're a bit over 2 months quit. I was looking at some of your earlier
posts. You put in a concerted effort assembling your lists, you wrote out
some excellent ABCs, and you're reaping the benefit of having retrained
Warren.
Well done Mary :))

<description>Steve said "I'd like to thank
all of you who have trusted your instincts that Cognitive Quitting
might be the way to a lasting quit, went ahead and did the work, and
found your lasting quit."
I think it's US who owe YOU a big thank you, Steve (and Pam)! My
life is so much better as a nonsmoker, I can fathom now how you stay
motivated to help others for so long past your own quit. It really
is an amazing freedom, and not all that hard to achieve, if you're
ready. Please give this an honest shot, newbies and lurkers. You
will be elated that you did, a few months from now.
You caught Warren very nicely in the cartoon!
