ABC for 12 hour night shift

Hi all,
I am working 12 hours night tomorrow. I have done it many times before but
never that early in my quit. I am still very irritated and get tiered very
fast. So this will be hard tomorrow, I now by arround 02 -04h I will have a
hard time to stay awake, so I made an ABC so that I can counter any cravings
I may get.
A — I have done the whole building patrol, the night is still so long and
I feel tiered. My body feels exhausted, my eyes are burning, my moves are
kind of slow and I feel low on energy
B — It’s not the first time that I work 12 hours night shift I always had
a smoke after I finished patrol and would feel better nice and relaxed.
C — go and smoke
B1 — I will not smoke no matter how I feel physical or emotional, a smoke
is not going to make me feel better. It willl only temporary relief the
feeling of tiered. Even if I smoke I want another one and another one and by

the end of the shift I will feel sick from smoking. I should go and reliese
the other guy he is sitting for three hours and probably glad to get out and
move around while I can sit down and relax a bit. Strech the leg musles,
there are probably tiered form all the stairs and walking. Why not just
siiting for 10 minutes just sitting and relaxing mind and body, there is no
rush to get the work done. there will be enough time. After a 10 minutes
relaxing break I probably will function better and be able to work faster.
C1 — release the guard for break, use the time for stretches, put some
cold water in my face, and try to relaxe, try not to think about what needs
to be done during those other 9 hours.
I just hope the feeling of irritation goes away soon.
