Ok, I read the site

I made my lists. Now what do I do? Post all of it here or what? LOL

    Hi Dee,
    Once we’ve got the lists done, get a timer so that once an hr you can
    ask yourself, “What do I feel (choose from list 2, all your emotions and
    conditions)? Where and how do I feel it (list 3,
    muscles/breathing/abdominal-chest sensations)? As you do this ‘timer
    exercise’ you’ll begin to be more aware of just how you experience your day
    in physical terms. This is exactly the ‘data’ that will help you understand
    and redirect any ‘urges to smoke’.
    Try using the timer for a couple of days.
