My Initial Lists
I’ve spent a lot of time working on my lists and compiling them into
an html document and would like to share it though I don’t know how
to go about that.
Previously analyzing all the reasons I smoked seemed futile. However
I now see that the list is finite and that I can systematically
approach this most critical aspect of quitting.
