Thank you Pam... I have read some of the material;, but I am sorry to say that I
find
the website extremely difficult to read... I am downloading the relevant points
(takes
a little while on my snail-like dialup) and once I get the back ground and font
color
tags removed, I am imagining I will be able to focus a little better.
I sort of stuck in the beginning, last time I did this - I understand about
Warren and
all... but I have been walking around asking myself if there is any situation in
which
smoking is an appropriate response (NO so far, but it doesn't feel solid) and
trying to
feel my body (at ALL - I have fibromyalgia and CFIDS... guess my body gave up
trying to talk to me awhile back...) ... thanks you for your answer, and I am
<!--more-->
looking
forward to this journey
regards, Molly
Three weeks, one day, 13 hours, 49 minutes and 10 seconds. 225 cigarettes not
smoked, saving $47.41. Life saved: 18 hours, 45 minutes.

Hi, I'm Molly, and I'm a nicotine addict... I've been sober Three weeks, one
day, 10
hours, 2 minutes and 27 seconds. ... and it's getting more difficult by the hour
to
keep ahead of those urges.
I've been to the site and I think that's saving me, that I am trying to thing
things
over... too bad I didn't find this material before I quit! But I am going around
muttering to myself " Is there any circumstance in while smoking is a viable
option?"
... I can't seem to get any further, but at least that gets me through the
minutes...
