a short wave and a question

I just drop by to say hello to all. A warm welcome to
all newbies.
I am doing well in my quit this time. I have been
working nicely with Warren and he no longer offers me a
smoke to deal with life. I have been through a lot of
stress the last month but did not smoke. I go now out
for many times for walk. I also found a way of nicely
backing off in a hot situation “washroom break” just
works as good as a “smoke break” if not even better.
:-) My hubby still smokes, and now he even smokes inside
but other than that the smell of it buggs me I have no
problems with it.
However, recently I have noticed that when I read or
listen to smoking related issues I feel like smoking.

Something triggers cravings. There is no reason for
this involved, no stress or anything like that is just
the topic. Steve or Pam any idea how I can deal with it
and is it just part of quitting and will it pass or am
I missing somehting.
thank you
Carmen

    Hi Carmen,

What does “feel like smoking” actually feel like? Where in your body
do you feel it? Muscles? Abdomen? Are there any thoughts you recognize?
Exactly. Something always triggers them. The question is what? Are
you feeling like you’re missing an old friend? What does that feel like?
