Digest Number 952
I thought I was doing so well. I was quit for 2 1/2 weeks, then I slipped. And
I’m still slipping! I know its because I’m not doing the work with the cognitive quitting. Reading…but now working at it. I understand the timeline, but I am having a little
trouble with the appropriate response part. If I feel tension in my neck, tired, etc and I stretch and breathe and still feel the tensions what do i do. Also, while I was not smoking I noticed I wasn’t able to cope with my everyday activities. I went to work..but while I was home I didn’t do anything. All I wanted to do was sleep. Should I give in to that or find another response.
I want to thank all of you so much who continue to help even though you haven’t smoked in so long. Your amazing people.
