pstrap
Having trouble understanding how to use the pstrap. I do have the
instructions (2002) from the files & have printed it out. Assume the #’s are
the hrs. of the day. Ex: if I smoke 5 cig. in 1 hr. & am to add C to
indicate caffeine, & add which are enjoyed & how much is enjoyed i.e. the
first drag or two. Where do I put all this in one hr. slot? I did print it
out in “landscape” but it goes the length of the paper . Not sure if this
whole thing is suppose to be wrapped around a cig. pk. as the size of my pk.
is much smaller or is the intent to cover the pack so I don’t know where
they are? Just kidding
