		<description>Hello there
 I am really just posting to say that it is over 9 weeks ago since I
 quit, and feeling great about it.
 I have tried lots of times in the past, but never managed to remain
 stopped. I always felt before, that I was giving something up,
 this time, with the cogquit, I feel that I am gaining something,
 i.e. Control over my life.
 Its with thanks to Steve, for making sense of it all, the timer
 exercise, my ABC's....... If you do the work, it is simple and
 relatively easy.
 I was using the patches at the beginning, but I haven't had any for
 a good few weeks now. This quit feels very different, and I
 don't "count" my days without nicotine, I see myself as a non
 smoker.
 Having said all the above, I still "lurk" every day, simply
 &lt;!--more--&gt;
 because I don't want to become complacent.
 Good luck to all new quitters, do the work and it will all fall in
 to place.
