		<description>Hi there,
Welcome.
I don't want to sound un supportive because it's my fervent desire to see
everyone succeed in quitting. But... are you examining why you smoked?
What were the common body cues between nicotine withdrawal, hunger, anger,
fatigue, boredom, and all the other 'reasons' why we reached for a
cigarette? What situations can you prepare for so that you're ready to
provide non smoking responses to the body cues we encounter in a routine
day? Retrain your auto pilot to choose appropriate responses and that, in
my opinion, is how this quit will be for good.
