Some unexpected benefits
Just wanted to say hello to my friends here…and post some new
found thrills…benefits of being a non-smoker.
1) I can drink 16oz of water at one go, one long cool draw. I used
to be a sipper, probably because my lungs didn’t have the capacity.
2) My hands and feet are warm!!! In my smoking life…they were
almost always cold..
this is VERY exciting…;-)

wow that is super Elizabeth, here are two very important things I have
noticed all ready
1. Whiter Teeth
2. substantially lower Blood pressure from last check when I was a smoker
from 140/70 to 120/70 as an ex-smoker…wow that is amazing
Cholesterol check next week, can’t wait to see where that # will be
The benefits just keep piling up:)
Kicked nicotine out of my body One month, four days, 21 hours, 32 minutes
and 30 seconds. 897 cigarettes not smoked, saving $201.92. Life saved: 3 days, 2
hours, 45 minutes.
Best regards,

Congratulations Elizabeth on 56 days and a big pat on the back. Isn’t it
great to have breath and warm fingers and toes? I’m impressed with your quiet
steadfast approach—well done.
