CognitiveQuitSmoking was established in October 2001. As a member of
the group, we are hoping you could spare a few minutes to help us
evaluate the effectiveness of the program as it stands today.

If so, how long have you been quit? Can’t Remember
Have you followed the cognitivequitsmoking program? I took what I liked
from the program and left the rest.

What parts of the program have you found difficult? I don’t think I am
qualified enough to say, as I use another support group for my quitting, but I
have recommend people to use this program when they have a hard time with the
support group that I use.
Have you any other comments you would like to make about the
cognitivequitsmoking program? I remember Steve from AOL Clean Air Cafe and he
was one
person who impacted my staying quit. Thanks Steve.
