<description>Hi Barbara - good to see you again and congrats on that year quit - very
well done to you :) If I remember correctly, you joined the first
Workshop Steve and I ran this time last year?
Life continues to challenge us once we quit, but learning how to
disconnect the smoking associations makes the huge difference, and means
that we're comfortable in our quits whatever life is throwing our way.
Thanks for writing and telling our new quitters what life is like at a
year cognitively quit.
take care
