A few new members have posted recently ( Deb, Paul, Toby, thumper, David,
Gerri to name but a few) to introduce yourselves, and we’ve given you
details of how to get started on a cognitive quit, but haven’t heard any
more from you……
Have you read over at Steve’s site, and are you ‘doing the work’ ? We can
help you if you post and update us, and ask any questions you’ve got about
cognitive quitting.
