Quit Date Sent
Hi..i have been a member of this group for a while..and was a
lurker..then just stopped lurking as my resolve left me. I have set a
quit date for May 31st, and could use the help and support of others.
I have been smoking for about 25 years..and quit one time for 8 mos
cold turkey. I plan to go the same route this time, but can certainly
use some pointers from seasoned non smokers.
