Uh Oh …
Are there no more smokers in the world, or no more quitters?
This great place, method, and people who made it possible for me
to be at day 274 of my quit and so many others to be at various
successful points in their quits is/are just too quiet. If this
group was like this when I was struggling, I’d probably still
stink. I just fear for those passing through in search of help,
that they may never get the opportunity to find this true, honest,
thorough, effective, and long lasting cure. It’s not easy, it just
works.
Let’s get some new quitters asking questions and reporting in.
Let’s get some old quitters pitching in and passing out the hope.
Any good, old, archived posts to replay Steve and Pam?
I hope everyone is smoke-free and well. Keep up the good fight.

Yes I am still smoke free, in fact I just gave away all my cog quit
paperwork, (printed out work , warrens story, mission statements and the like)
to a
dear friend who is suffering from that awfull habit. I hope it helps her., as
it did me.
I don’t post much because I am so busy , there is nothing that compares
with the freedom of not smoking: I have filled my days with lots of stuff and I
really have no desire nor do I have the need to smoke or even much think
about smoking, anymore:) So I guess I am cured!! Wow I never thought I would
hear
that coming from my mouth!! But Really, I know I am just one puff away from
being an addict again, so I am carefull to know my triggers and deal with
them before they become a problem:) thanks all , you have been so inspiring,
motivating and a godsend ,
kicking butts for Four months, two weeks, three days, 15 hours, 15 minutes

Hey Buddy,
I quit about 2 years ago and still have these msgs sent to me, it helps. You
are now on the path to provide yourself with all the benifites of a normal
life that you have been missing for however long it has been since you have
smoked.
When I quite, I related to the my days to the stockmarket and relized that
very few funds or stocks would provide me with, ( let me think $4.00×3=12/day
or $360.00/month then it is up to $4320.00 per
year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
If you are a thinking person, want a boat, car, blond, or whatever the
choice is yours.
By the way I quit in The Bahamamas and when the erge would hit I would swim
out to the safe water markers to sit on a bouy until it passed. I was so
misserable, but once during a huge rainstorm I ran almost 2 miles to get home
and
wasn’t even winded when I took a leak 20 seconds after getting into my shack.
Just think about yourself, it’s the only thing that counts, your reasons for
lighting up again are bullshit, you know this is true after 2 weeks of not
smoking, so keep focused and make us all proud.
In time you to will send out a msg to someone else, maybe it is karma or
just being right with the world. You will win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We will win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You are not alone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
