Hi,
Interesting approach to quitting… simply “X” it out. What exactly are you
Xing?
As for help from this site, about a week ago you asked for some direction
to find info on cognitivequitting and I gave you a web address. Have you
read the material there? Have you set a timer and kept a log for 8-10 hours
over 2-4 days? In short, what of the work that’s involved with the
cognitivequitting program have you done? If you haven’t, and are interested
in actually using the program, Pam or I would be glad to work with you.
