Coming Clean
Okay, I’ve screwed up in the passed two weeks by “sneaking” cigarettes.
I stopped paying attention to my body “cues” and paid more attention
to my “mind” and the “stinkin thinkin” that goes along with it. This
is the exact same thing I’ve done on every other quit - I get feeling
good and then I smoke one cigarette thinking I can get away with it.
(I KNOW BETTER - One is too many and a thousand never enough) But
this pattern has been repeating itself for many years and I can’t seem
to break it. (Any suggestions here would be greatly appreciated)
