Happy at last!
To all those out there who don’t believe it can be done - it can!
If I can quit and easily too, after 48 years of smoking and numerous
hell-like attempts to quit previously, then I am living testimony that
Steve’s method works, I am just so grateful I found his site.
I did the timer exercises after I’d quit for about a week and was getting
desperate - we chatted and suddenly it all sort of made sense and the way
ahead was clear, I’m now at 2 months, 2 weeks and 4 days and truly confident
that this is IT. Any lingering thoughts are almost instantly dispersed when
I check what my body feels it needs and give it just that! Stretches have
worked best for me most of the time and have also improved my flexibility!
Thanks Steve - from me, all my family and my future family.

I am also a long time smoker who has had several quit attempts in my past.
Once for 15 months once for 6 years and several two or three month quits. I
do not see those times as faillure but rather periods of being smoke free
which are lessons in my addiction. I am currently on day two after relapse two
weeks ago. My quit started on January 16 and I almost made it three months.
So rather than be discouraged I am just going to pick up the pieces and start
again.
