Hello! Steve and all!

I’m doing really well I quit smoking Tuesday Oct 3rd! I have been kind
of busy going to rehab and all! Still doing the timer exercises it has
really helped. There are so many body cules that trigger cravings. i’m
currently useing the patch, and so far so good! I do feel a little
sluggish, but that is to be expected! Just wanted to say Hi! And let
you know that I will be getting back on the message boards! Hello Susan
