the timer??
Hello,
Where do I go to find out all about the timer??
My last cigarette was about 5:15 AM the morning of October 10th. That is the
same day I had surgery. I am doing pretty good, but there are times
throughout the day that I feel SOMETHING is missing and I get cranky or blue
or just feel like crying…or I go and binge eat.
Right now I am doing ok for the most part because I am home. But in about
four weeks I will be going back to work and I know that will be very trying
for me ( I work in a nursing home).
So I look forward to hearing from you and getting support here when I need
it!!

Thank you Steve and Pam. I am going to try the timer thing tomorrow. Up
until now I have been forgetting, but what I am going to do is have my
timer, notes and pen ready for when I first wake up…and set the timer for
an hour later. I will yell if I have questions.

Getting everything ready for first thing in the morning sounds like a great
