Like withdrawing from alcohol
Hi, Steve. I’m fighting the decision to quit or not to quit all over ag
It’s like quitting alcohol. Make a fresh decision every twenty minutes.
I really wanted to go buy some cigarettes today, to have for the tough
times, but I knew I’d just go right through them all.
The decision to stay quit is the toughest.

Hi Fran,
I understand what you’re saying. Making the choice, every time, to
not smoke… it’s exhausting. And it’s constant.
And you’re absolutely right that if you had a pack nearby, you’d just
go right through them.
Fran, the quit method I teach people shows them how to develop a
particular skill that’s needed in order to change the smoking habit.
If you’d be willing to invest a couple of days to learn it, you can
move past this constant hanging on trying not to smoke.
Want to give it a try?
Steve
