Triggers and Habits

My Habits and triggers:
1. When I talk on the phone, I want to smoke.
***2. When I have eaten, I want to smoke.
***3. When stressed, I want to smoke.
4. When bored, I want to smoke.
5. When I go for a walk, I want to smoke.
***6. When I first get up, I reach for a smoke.
7. When I am ready to go to bed, I want to smoke.
Eliminating #1:
The one good thing I have done is since my husband is a cardiac, I do not
smoke inside like I used to. So, if I am on the phone, if I do not take the
phone outside to smoke, I will not smoke.
***Eliminating #2:
This has been hard for me. I have put the smoking further and further from
when I finish eating to try to break this habit. Having some luck, but not

where I wish I was.
***Eliminating #3:
This is just a problem that I may have to work on forever! lol!
Eliminating #4:
I have been working hard on this by keeping busier than usual and in
different ways.
Eliminating #5:
Have been successful with eliminating this one.
***Eliminating #6:
Another really tough one.
Eliminating #7:
By counting what would be the smoke before my going to bed smoke as the bed
smoke I have been able to eliminate this one.
So, I have to work on #2, 3 and 6. Then see where I am if I can fix those
problems.
